Available in 2- to 3-hour sessions, these treatments provide a structured opportunity to explore how cumulative life experiences have affected your body. The objective is to safely increase awareness of physical manifestations of trauma and to address them within a controlled therapeutic setting. Through guided "body mapping," we trace connections across the fascial system to identify patterns of tension and restriction, then apply targeted manual techniques and nervous system regulation strategies to promote recalibration from a state of chronic survival toward safety and ease.
